These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website (barrelcrafts.co.uk) and the purchase of any product through the website.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions in other areas of this website will together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Barrel Crafts may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Barrel Crafts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place an order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead with the order.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout with details of the order and expected despatch time. If an item is not in stock it will need to be made to fulfil the order and we will let you know in the same email.
Despatch of an order
We will email you to confirm when your order has been despatched. This email will include details of the delivery and tracking information if relevant.
Collection of an order
If you choose to collect your order from one of our outlets, we will email you to confirm when it is available for collection.
Cancelling an order
If you cancel an order before it's despatched or collected, we will refund the full amount of your order to the account the order was paid from.
Returning a faulty item
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at returns@barrelcrafts.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery date. Photos will help us fix the problem faster so if you can, please take a picture of any damage to the item and also any damage to the packaging. Please include these photos in the email you send us, so that we can review and action appropriately.
We may ask you to return the item to us for inspection and if we do, we will either arrange collection of the item ourselves or reimburse you for the expense of sending it.
Please do not return an item until we have asked you to do so as items returned without our consent may not receive reimbursement of the delivery expenses.
If you’ve received a faulty item, please accept our apologies. It’s not nice, but hopefully we can make it better with either a repair, direct replacement or full refund.
Returning an unwanted item
If after receiving an item you decide you no longer want it, please email our team at returns@barrelcrafts.co.uk within 30 days of the purchase date. We will confirm the address to return the item to.
Proof of purchase will be required and only the person who placed the order with us can return an item to us.
The item being returned to us must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging where possible.
If an item reaches us damaged or is not of resalable quality, we will not be able to accept it as a return.
Please note the following when returning an item …
- a copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the return
- the returned item must be unused and in perfect condition
- the returned item must be packaged in the original packaging (where possible)
When returning an item, please use a tracking service and have the package insured during transit.
Items that are accepted for return will receive a refund of the original purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, we will not refund the cost of delivery (either too or from our premises).
We will confirm by email when the item has been received and confirm by email when the refund has been made.
If you do decide to return something, be assured that we’ll try and make the process as quick and easy as possible.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and its for you to ensure your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the UK Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, and also the UK Consumer Protection Act 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
